Update June 4th

*Since Spelling lists are finished, we will begin to review the words on the 3rd list of Power Words.  These are the trickiest for kids to learn and remember.  We'll spend time during whiteboard spelling to review.

*In Math, we are finishing up math journals pages and working on playing games the students have learned throughout the school year.

*In Writing, we will begin reviewing narrative writing topics covered earlier in the year.  This week, we will review when uppercase letters should be used, using inside and outside voice in writing and using transition words.

*In Social Studies, we will begin our final unit on American Symbols.  This week, our focus will be on the Bald Eagle and Liberty Bell.
